When I open Studio One, why does my 'Recent files' list not always include the ones worked on most recently?

I used Studio One yesterday and it listed songs worked on "3 days ago", yet today the most recent song is from "3 weeks ago". This happens regularly, seemingly without warning. Any suggestions?
