Audio Interface: Presonus AudioBox 18181VSL

HP Pavilion Desktop (Windows 10 Home)
Rokit 5 monitors & Rokit 10 SubWoofer
I have connected my Pavilion to the AudioBox via the USB cord.
I have connected my AudioBox to the SPL SMC using the DB25 snake cable (and analogue outputs 1-6)
I have connected my SPL SMC to my 6 monitors.
What exactly am I missing here?
