Hi, thought I'd try out Studio 1 Prime. I've installed it but when I try to run it, a window pops up saying:
"Studio One requires access to your account, please enter email and password"
I enter email and password, and select "Run studio one Prime -free version"
The exact same box appears and asks for email and password, I enter the details again. Then an error pop up saying:
"Please log into your presonus account and accept the terms of use"
I log into my Presonus account through my browser but cannot see a terms of use section to accept. If I repeat the steps whilst logged in, I get the same error.
How can I use the trial to evaluate the software?
I emailed them a few days ago with no reply. Any ideas?
