As we know there is already Simplified Chinese in SO4,
but for Chinese users we need Traditional Chinese more.
There were only Trad. Chinese and all Chinese read/wrote it,
the reason why Simp. Ch. shows up is basically on a political factor,
actually Simplified Chinese is Not simple--
People using Trad. Ch.cannot read Simp, but for those who use Simp,
they all used to read Trad, they are just forced to get into a different language system.
The fact is Traditional Chinese just cover more users demand, that's why we ask for it.
