Question

I downloaded Studio One Prime yesterday (15/3/2019). During the installation process I designated my VST plugin folder, but the software does not seem to find them. So I am wondering if Studio One Prime just doesn't support plugins. BTW I am on pc, Windows 10, and the only two plugins I currently have installed are both VST3.

No. Prime does not support 3rd Party plugins. Neither does the Artist version natively. There is an add-on that you can purchase that unlocks this feature. Just go to the PreSonus Shop.
