Activating Professional account, but error occurs at the server (status 200).

I just purchased the professional upgrade from Artist for Studio One 4. I went to "Studio One Activation...," checked "activate my purchased version of Studio One," put in my product key, checked the box for "I have purchased an upgrade for Studio One," then pressed Activate. I signed in to my account, but then it says "An error occured at the server (Status 200)" while its "activating product."

I use Windows 10. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Studio One, and restarting my computer. Thanks in advance.

Don't check the box and click Activate.

The check box is there for customers that have not entered that license into their my.presonus.com account yet.

The error is occurring because you already have the license in your account.

You need to sign in on the Presonus website and then go to my account click on your products click on your current version click the green upgrade button it will ask for the product key and then bam
