My CS18 AI is frozen and I cannot get it back working after the latest firmware update. HELP!

My CS18 AI just literally stop working after a the latest firmware update. What is wrong with my device. It was working perfectly before the firmware update and now only 1 LED is lit up and the touch screen is totally blank. I just bought the RM 16 AI to start using them together. HELP is needed!

I would try again to upgrade, but with "fresh" files. It happens that downloads get corrupt. The latest firmware for the CS18AI is a good one, but not for the RM16AI.
