Question

I downloaded Studio One 3 in a poor performance system and I want to transfer it to my new laptop. The problem is, I don't remember how I logged in when I registered the code that was bundled with Vocaloid Voicebanks from Crypton Future Media Inc. and when I try to access the site via download history, I got blocked and couldn't access my old account. I could not deregister the studio one 3 because of it. Can you help? I have receipts if proof is needed.
