Studio live 16.4.2 GR meter is maxed out

I turn on my 16.4.2 mixer the GR meter light is max out in red.  I have tried a factory reset but when I select a channel it comes back on.  All levels are down and everything on the board is set to zero.  Anyone have a fix?

There is nothing you as user can do any more. The mixer needs a repair.
