I’ve got no sound coming out of my controller or the track. It says the piano sound is lost?

I play my Akai MPK 88 and the meters on the track show that the channel has signal. I’ve got no sound at all. Also, I’m trying to record and the keyboard track is not there.  OT says the file for grand piano is missing.

What’s going on?
