I see the loudspeakers have a USB port, does this mean I can stream audio wirelessly to the StudioLive Ai loudspeakers using the USB LAN adapter included in the box?

No. The USB LAN adapter provides wireless connectivity so that your StudioLive AI loudspeaker can be remote-controlled when SL Room Control software becomes available.
