AUDIO BOX USB 96 not able to be the audio input for Studio one version 4. "The audiobox has failed to start correctly"

Just installed everything. I can't get this working, it's as far from plug and play as I've seen in a long time! I tried to log a ticket, pressed save and nothing happened, typed it all in again with the same result. I can't believe, I guess it's cheap and that's why.
