I have not received product key to upgrade from Artist 4 to Professional 4

I purchased the upgrade from artist 4 to pro 4.

IT'S ALMOST 10 DAYS AGO. I have invoice for payment, and 'My Orders' also show me it's clearly done.

But there is no 'new product key' anywhere!!!

I know many people are in situation like me. what's the matter? do something!! presonus!!

I suggest directing your concern to the 'Contact Technical Support | PreSonus' page and submitting a Help Ticket. No guarantee you'll get a fast reply, but, per my own experience, faster than in the Users Forum and "from the source". If you already have, then someone's obviously "asleep at the wheel". frown
