It really help work flow if the plugs that are open in a particular memorized view would follow the view. For instance if you are working on drums it would be nice if when you when to the drum "view" you could have "go to" plugins visible for your drum mix populate when on that view (conversely vocal plugs if you go to the vocal "view"). I seem to remember Nuendo behaving that way and it made sense.
