using the Zoom r24 drum pads to output to S1

I have a Zoom R24 connected by USB to my Windows 10 Pro PC running Studio One V4. When i connect the USB in Audio Interface mode, the drum pads are disabled. Is there a way to output the drums on the R24 directly to S1?
