I am using my recording studio one 2 on an HP pavilion 17 laptop, which I have used since day one. After moving, I lost all of my cables and my headphones are broken. All I have is the audiobox and the cables to the mic (with mic)

What cables do I need for power and connection to my computer so I can record? Also what headphones can I use (old headphones gave me horrible latency)

The Audio box gets its power from the USB cable (so you'll need one of these).

Headphones do not cause latency.  Your audio monitoring configuration determines the amount of latency you experience.

The headphones you purchase depends upon your budget, your working environment (is it noisy?) and the genre of music you are working with.
