Hello, I bought a Presonus studio 192 audio card as a used one.
The card cannot be turned off. The on / off button does not work. The card only shuts off when the power cord is unplugged.
Did the button break or was it made at the factory?
Since I bought a used ticket, I don't know what it's like when it's new.
