How do I get the faders on the Nanokontrol2 to work with different banks?

I've set up the Nanokontrol2 and everything works except when I change banks in the mixer the faders remain linked to tracks 1 - 8.  Can someone help me figure out how, when I change to Bank 2 the faders link to tracks 9 - 16 and so on?
