When I open S1 4, the audio from all of my computer (including audio from the app) is shut off until i close it. Why?

It really bad because I've troubleshooted many times and no matter what I do it stays that way until I close Studio One 4. I'm new to this whole music thing so sorry if my language isnt that great.
