Hello...I am new costumer who just bought an nektar impact lx49 midi keyboard with a presonus studio one artist software bundle that came in the box. I have registered the software on my presonus account but am not able to register or find the serial no for the hardware registration. I have a focusrite scarllet 2i2 interface. I am not able to download the software cause it stops while downloading the complete download is not done. plz help. Thank you.
