getting a message "Device can not start. Code 10" The requested operation was unsuccesful for my Audiobox USB

I've downloaded correct drivers. Restarted computer. Can't get my Audiobox USB to record or playback.  I have windows 10. Please Please please help me. I'm a beginner but I can follow directions. Keeps giving me code 10.

This means that your USB Port is shared with another device on your computer. Please plug the AudioBox USB into another USB port and let the system reinstall the driver.
