Studio One Failed to connect to the server during activation on macbook pro

Studio One Failed to connect to the server during activation on macbook pro

I've tried deactivating firewall, there no third party app blocking connections , i even went as far as performing offline activation.. but all won't work ... PLS HELP !!!!
