I bought these Eris E5 monitors through Gear4 music about a week ago and they just arrived a few days ago. Only maybe the second time I used them after a while of playing music on them through my decks (pioneer xdj rx2) through an xlr to rca cable, one suddenly stopped working and was extremely hot and now won't power on and the other sounds muffled and quiet when playing anything through it. I would really appreciate some help on how to fix this as they have just replaced a pair of 4.5s which broke on me the week before.
