I bought a Spark Amplifier and I received a 28 digit product key for free with the Spark purchase. I created an account and then activated and registered the account using the 28 digit activation code (product key). When I look under "Products" in my account settings, there is no product. Studio One should be there. What do I do? I need to activate Studio One somehow. Do I need my serial number from my Spark Amp? If so, where would I submit that. I even tried to submit this serial number under hardware activation with the date. Please give me step by step instructions on how to activate Studio One and how to install it on my PC.
