I can't activate it because it says already activated as it only sees Artist. It's as though I paid for Pro but actually was given a new another copy of artist. Rebooting does ZERO. I've downloaded and installed several times and its the same issue. Its registered with Key given with my on-line purchase (I try reregistering and it tells me its already registered).
Presonus should fix this. I don't feel like ruining projects or losing info by uninstalling Artist just to re install software that is suppose to be Pro but is Artist. I think Presonus should actually fix the issue.
