Fat Channel XT not compatible with Studio One

I purchased Studio One 5 and installed it. I then downloaded the add-ons plugins, everything worked fine except for Fat Channel XT installation. When i click to install it i have this message: "Fat Channel XT is not compatible with Studio One" ! What the heck ?!

A week ago I upgraded from Studio One 3.5 to Studio One 5 and I get the same error message. I put in a support ticket today (01/06/21). I'm awaiting an answer.
