StudioLive 24.4.2 1st Generation
Just bought it not too long ago, it was working fine, all channels were going out to speakers, one day my band was playing and it made this disturbing noise for a quick second or two, then no sound at all. All Inputs work, you can see the signal comes in through the channels, but no output goes out via Main speakers. Also I believe sometimes the GR lights turns all the way RED and stays lit.
I have done a couple of different resets, including factory.
Firmware is up to date for that make and model, which was discontinued ages ago.
Per Tech Support, I have also tried a different outlet source in my home.
I must say, after a reset it works for only a bit then it happens again. I have also connected the mixer to Universal Control and to Capture 3 and it worked beautifully for all of 2 minutes... the problem is in the mixer not in any connections. I have researched and seen that this is a common issue, but I have not seen a solid troubleshooting idea. Please help.
Tech Support may not work for me as I bought this item from another owner as is... If it's something I can fix I will try, but if I must send it to a technician, then I wouldn't mind do so at all. I love this mixer!!!!
