Hello!
Basically i bought my first audio box PreSonus USB 96 from PMT. I wanted to use it for singing during livestreaming and it didn't work as i expected it would have because i didn't do enough research before buying it and it is just not made for plugging it into the iPhone. So i called PMT and asked to replace my audiobox with a different relevant one. I sent the PreSonus USB 96 back and they refunded me. Then i bought a new PreSonus iTwo which (PMT on the phone suggested) was supposed to be relevant to what i was looking for. The issue is that in the AppStore (on my iPhone) there isn't any app called "Capture Duo" and when i connect everything, the listeners still hear me thru my iPhone speakers. I would like to know how can i make it work? Please, let me know as soon as possible!
Thank You!

Oh boy... PreSonus Capture (the new name, used to be Duo) is iPad only, they don't make an iPhone version, probably due to the screen size constraint. However, maybe that isn't needed. You plug your iPhone into the iTwo with a regular iPhone cable, and then you will need a standard USB printer cable and a power block to power the iTwo. Many power strips have USB power ports now, that should be enough power. Once you do that, plug in your mic into one of the XLR jacks on the iTwo, and try a test stream to see your streaming app on your iPhone picks it up.
