Question

I have them plugged into my windows laptop via provided audio cable that plugs in RCA to the rear of the speaker. Under normal use, when I don't have any audio playing I get a consistent loud & short double "buzz buzz" form the speakers.  Doesn't seem to matter what settings adjustments I do in windows.  Any ideas?
