why do I have to keep setting up my audio device every time I open studio one 5.2 pro

I dont have this issues with studio one pro 4.6 .  I can't even keep studio one 5.2 open more than 5 minutes before it crashes.  I would hate to cancel my newly subscribed Sphere account. any help would be greatly appreciated.  thanks
