1. I've created a sphere account, but now when I want to log into my Presonus account it takes me the the sphere account. I need to get product keys, activation codes, and download and re-install software from my Presonus account that I have purchased
2. I also need to activate Reaktor and other plugins, yet Service Centre does not seem to work or connect
