My Presonus 16.4.2 is an older model, approximately 2010 (NOT AI).  I want to update firmware and software.  How do I do this?

Be careful when upgrading from a Mac computer, especially from a Mac running El Capitain. Updates from El C have been reported to lock up mixers in a way that required service. If you have the option then prepare a Windows computer to do the firmware update.
