Question

I cancelled and deactivated my sphere account in March.  I am still being charged.  Support is very confusing and there is no way to submit a ticket because the option is ghosted on my profile ticket page.  Please help and refund the last 2 months.

I don't even have a cancel button on my plan page.
Going to badmouth this company to everyone.
