PreSonus 68 doesn't multi track record in Audacity on Windows 10

Hi all, I'm using a PreSonus 68 to multi track record 4 people at a time--voice acting--in Audacity. I know Audacity can muti track record and PreSonus supports 4 inputs....any idea what I might be doing wrong? Any advice is gratefully appreciated.
