The sound which I purchased as a download and can't re-load because Presonus does not let me log in on my iPad, although I can log in on my desktop. But the virtual instrument, tenor sax shows up in the score setup menu with a little envelope icon next to it. What does this mean? It should be easy to download the missing file again, but not being able to log in on iPad to get to my purchases does not allow this.
How can I retrieve the missing file?
