I have followed the recommended procedures and installed the new UC driver and reverted back to a previous working version. The UC (somewhat) recognizes the presence of the Quantum 2, but is not "connected." It shows the visual controls but there's no interaction to the device. I'm using Studio One 4 Professional
I'm considering purchasing another expensive Presonus device (Faderposrt 8) but, at this point, I can't logically proceed down this product path given these issues and the lack of company support. Please help! Thank you.
