I have tried opening ticket on 2 computers, 1 tablet, 1 mobile phone and 5 browsers. I've tried to reinstall the program. But the program keep telling me I don't have an active license. My money is gone too. I've lost so much money because of this and Presonus doesn't have a way to get a hold of them when their ticket system is MESSED UP. I will demand a free subscription because this is absolutely nuts. Professionals can't have it like this. I wish I had the time and energy to find a new DAW because Presonus is HORRIBLE.
