I find it very limiting that I can only use the listen tool at playback tempo, and it only works on one track at a time. So I can SEE the notes in edit view, but can't hear with the listen tool.
I want to display just the tracks I want to hear, then use the listen tool by scrubbing over the notes, and have it play back at the speed of the mouse (forward AND backward), and work on every track displayed. Invaluable in finding voice leading goofs, wrong notes in big ensembles, or that specific point in a long piece.
Another option would be a feature to automatically solo whatever is displayed in edit view at the time.
In fact, I'm scratching my head how people manage without this feature.
