Cubase pro 11 Studio 1824c and ADAT 8 track

so i have studio 1824c adat out to an ADAT 8   digital input selected etc..  but the master from 1824c  is coming into the ADAT on all 8 channels  and all 8 outputs how do i go out 8 induvidulal channels  all ins and outs register in cubase
