how do i route my tube pre v2 through audiobox iTwo?

I just purchased your Tube Pre V2 and the AudioBox iTwo and want to use them to record my vocals in Studio One Pro V5.  What are the steps I should take to set this up?  I am using a Dell Laptop (Win10 64).
