I am an ex Roland senior engineer living in Brazil, I have a company Delatronics.com which has been an authorised service centre for most MI companies. I have almost 35 years experience. CBorges who are the importers of Presonus products in Brazil, have approached me to become their only authorised service centre; however, they do not seem to be able to provide parts or service manuals for your products. Since I will be setting up a service centre in Curitiba Brazil I wondered if you can help. I am originally from England UK, so can comunicante in English.
