Why is the default setting the only amp I can use on my studio one V 5. I have tried everything please help me.

The only amp I can use is default, the Marshall amp. It has made me so frustrated. No issue with pedal board. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. every youtube vid simply shows a drop and drag or just click on the amp name.  Thank you SOS..
