How do I update my Firmware in Universal Control for my Audiobox iTwo?

Universal Control can see my Audiobox iTwo, and says to update the Firmware from v1.32 (which I suspect is very old....) but when I click on the "Update Firmware" button it does nothing. Please help??

I have the same issue with studio1810c! clicking the please update prompt does nothing.
