I have Studio One version 5.

Is there a way to extend/sustain a crash cymbal hit using Impact XT?

I'm aware of the volume automation in Studio One but I can't seem to extend the crash for an additional bar or two using those controls.

I don't see a way to stretch a sample within Impact itself.

Two thoughts:

1. find a crash sample that is the length you want

2. render your crash to audio and stretch it
