Question

I've been using Studio One 6 for just over 2 weeks, and I have been issues with importing a video in to the software and the video player would say the "Video Codec Not Supported," and I tired using codec packs, I tried converting the original video using HitPaw and VLC player using the correct codecs that Studio One supports, and the issue persists. The video thumbnail and the audio still shows and extracted but the video doesn't play. Is there a way to overcome the issue?
