New Shortcut for "Hiding Plugin Microview" in the console&inspector

The Micro view ofr specific insert plugin parameters is nice, but it would be nice if you could turn the visibility on and off with one shortcut. Especially on a laptop it is vry helpfu because it needs much space like the EQ dsiplay.
