Whn exporting a range for mixdown, there are two steps necessary to export between selected markers. Firstly, you have to activate the Between Selected Markers option, then you have to select a range of markers from the drop down list. This could be reduced to a single click if the act of selecting a range of markers from the dropdown automatically makes 'Between Selected Markers' the active option.
