Generating correct Date for SD recording files in AR16c to differentiate recording jobs

I often use my AR16 mixer as a stand-alone analogue mixer, while recording to the SD card as a reference for as broadcast or backup for external recordings.
However the date stamp is never correct showing the same date & time 01/09/2015 00:00 and the file name is just numerically incremental with no distinguishing difference. I need the system to use the correct date and time for metadata purposes, without having to go through the laborious process of opening to identify content then re-naming and correcting the metadata for each file.

As the AR16 will not be used for a while between recordings and is not connected to a PC during use as a live mixer,  it would need to keep the system time correct on the AR16 between uses or when re-powered for travel. I realise that might be a sticking point if there is no on-board clock/battery.So if that is an issue could we have a standard feature button in Capture, StudioOne, StudioOne Remote & Universal control, that would allow us to pre-load an alteration to the default date, so that could be picked up by the AR unit?

This would really help with file management where several different jobs are on the same SD card and when needing to import or backup several jobs to different storage folders on the PC.

Thanks
