I have already opened a ticket to resolve they said they needed a picture of the serial number on the hardware and the receipt no reply yet. I purchased it from amazon but I don't think that's why it's not recognizing it. When I purchased it said it included studio one software but there was no product key or additional numbers in the box. i'm not sure what to do at this point. Ive attempted entering every other number I see on the box and papers and still no luck. Yes I did click register product hardware and not software.
