I do have a SSL Setup with UF1, UC1 and 2 UF8. My DAW ist Studio one V6.x. All is working fine and I do not have any issues at all. BUT..
...What I am not be able to figure is, to setup the 2 UF8 to work independend from each other. My use case is, that I would like to use one UF8 to scroll through the track channels and the second UF8 i would like to use to scroll through my bus and fx channels. Now, because the 2 UF8 are linked, they work not independent from each other, which is logic, as I have configued one UF8 as the Mackie main controller, and the second as Mackie extender. But if I change the config, and setup both UF8 as seperate Mackie Controllers on two different midi ports, and do not group them as well, the behaviour is still the same. Both UF8 are linked, if i scroll with one UF8 the second UF8 is following. Is this a bug or a feature, or do I oversee something totally. If I add one of my old Asparion DAW controllers to the setup, i can use the UF8 and the Asparion totally independent, thats why i do not understand the issue with the 2 UF8. Every idea would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance. Best, Andy D
